CAP is an all volunteer art organization/non-profit corporation that is dedicated
to making the community of Laguna Beach, California an aesthetic experience.
CAP consists of a group of community
minded people who believe that everyone would benefit if art were more a part of
our daily lives.
Cap sponsors art in public places,
educational events and community art projects.
